Mind & Faith Counseling Group operates as a fully telehealth practice. This allows clinicians to provide care remotely using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.
Clinicians may work from any private, confidential location that meets telehealth and licensure requirements. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for maintaining an appropriate workspace and technology.
Clinicians retain professional and clinical independence in their work. This includes autonomy in treatment planning, clinical approach, documentation style, and use of evidence-based modalities, within ethical, legal, and practice guidelines.
We do not micromanage clinical care. Our role is to provide structure, clarity, and support—not to direct how therapy is conducted.
Faith integration at Mind & Faith Counseling Group is optional and client-led. Clinicians may incorporate Christian faith into the therapeutic process when requested by the client and when clinically appropriate.
Clients are never required to engage in faith-based interventions, and clinicians are expected to respect client autonomy, diversity, and professional boundaries at all times.
The practice provides centralized administrative systems to support scheduling coordination, client intake, and billing workflows. This allows clinicians to focus on clinical work while utilizing established practice infrastructure.
As independent contractors, clinicians remain responsible for timely documentation, accurate information submission, and compliance with payer and practice requirements.
